Module 1 – Patent Law (EP & PCT)

Covers the legal foundations of European and international patent law:

• Core principles under the EPC and PCT
• Legal effects and common provisions
• Post-grant legal aspects and selected PCT-related issues

Who Should Attend:
This course is intended for candidates actively preparing for the EPAC exam.
Candidates having at least an intermediate understanding of European and international patent formalities and desiring to finalise their preparation for the EPAC exam.

In order to attend the workshop participants need a computer with an internet browser and a high-speed broadband internet connection. For the live session, epi uses ZOOM. Security settings on local Firewalls need to be checked. In order to make full use of the live session, we recommend to use headsets.
