Recording: Tips and Tricks for the UPC sunrise period

In this recording presentation Peter Thomsen and Bart van Wezenbeek highlight the practical issues of communicating with the UPC Case Management System (CMS) and how to request an opt-out. Being halfway of the sunrise period many things have been cleared, but there are still some unresolved issues which will be discussed. A must see for any European patent attorney that is planning to become a representative before the UPC and/or patent attorneys or paralegals that are planning to file opt-outs with the UPC.
