Updated seminar on procedural do’s and don’ts in appeal, and what to do in opposition to get ready for appeal.

Admittance of appeal submissions including, for example, the admittance of new claim requests, documents and arguments, and implications when preparing your case already in opposition. Relevant legal provisions and impact of new case law on procedural aspects of appeal. Oral proceedings in appeal including ViCo oral proceedings and post G 1/21 case law.
