Description
This webinar is only for epi Members and epi Students.
The last session of the epi Added Matter webinar series deals with Intermediate Generalisation.
Probably everyone in EP patent practice has come across this increasingly infamous legal term and yet it is often hard to grasp and wholly unhear of in other patent jurisdictions.
Please join on a journey to understand the reasoning behind this legal principle and its special significance for amendments and Art. 123(2) EPC.
