In this three-part webinar series on Added Matter with our epi expert Andrew Hards, the respective 1-hour webinars focus on the following areas: two-lists principle, ranges and intermediate generalisation.

Part 1 – Two-lists Principle

The EPO Boards of Appeal have established case law for determining the content of an application with regard to lists of features and their combinations. Here we explore the so-called "two-lists principle" and its implications for added matter under Art. 123(2) EPC.
