In this webinar, Martina Stork (DE), Chair of the epi Professional Conduct Committee, provides an overview of the conduct provisions for European Patent Attorneys as regulated in the
Regulation on Discipline for Professional Representatives and the epi Code of Conduct, illustrated with examples from practice. The fundamentals of the disciplinary system and disciplinary proceedings are briefly outlined. Additionally, the epi Professional Conduct Committee’s role in issuing opinions on questions of professional conduct is introduced.Level: basic -intermediate; also interesting for EQE candidates
