The Administrative Council of the European Patent Organisation adopted amendments to Rules 126, 127 and 131 EPC on notification and time limit calculation, which will apply as of 1 November 2023. The 10-day rule that we have all been trained to apply and applied during the past 45 years will disappear. How will notification be carried out in the future? Review the new situation with our expert Francis Leyder during a webinar. The webinar will be followed by a Q&A session moderated by Dr Vogelsang-Wenke. The webinar will be recorded and made available free of charge to epi members and students.

Technical requirements
In order to attend the on-line course participants need a computer with an internet browser and a high-speed broadband internet connection. For the webinar, epi uses Zoom. Security settings on local Firewalls need to be checked. In order to make full use of the webinar session, we recommend to use headsets.

To access to the webinar epi sends out a link and the guidelines for participants shortly before the webinar.
