Description

In many opposition proceedings before the EPO and nullity/revocation proceedings before the competent courts, public prior use plays a significant, sometimes even decisive role. This webinar will focus on how to identify, substantiate, and prepare for such public prior uses, ensuring that issues with delayed submissions are minimized. Additionally, we will discuss strategies for defending against alleged public prior use as a patent holder. Topics will include methods of evidence collection and presentation, providing a comprehensive guide for handling these legal challenges. Join speakers Tilman Pfrang and Julian Würmser, to deepen your understanding in this critical aspect of validity challenges.

The webinar will be recorded and then only made available on our epi-learning platform to participants who have registered for the webinar.
