Elections

The time has come to elect the new Council of the Institute. You are invited to vote for who is to represent your constituency, determined by the country in which you have your main place of business. The 2026 Elections to the Council are administered by Civica Election Services on behalf of epi.

Votes in the election can be cast online (unless you requested to vote on paper). Letters with instructions and voting codes are sent by Civica by 15 January 2026. Please allow some days for delivery. With the letter in hand, voting only takes a few minutes: On the voting website www.cesvotes.com/epi2026 please enter the voting codes that you have received by post. You will be presented with the choice of candidates of your constituency from 15 January to 16 February 2026, 23:59 GMT.

Candidate information can be found in two ways: 
1. Log in to the Civica voting website using the voting codes received in the letter from Civica. You will find a link to the candidate information. You can log in to the Civica voting website repeatedly as long as you have not submitted your vote.  

2.Log in to the epi website using your personal epi login credentials; in the right sidebar click on "Elections", then in the left-hand navigation bar on “Election to Council 2026”, then on "List of Candidates".

Possible technical issues are:

1. Typing the web address of the voting website in the search box instead of the browser's address bar. Some browsers have a combined box, then this should not be an issue.
2. The address not being properly redirected. If you have difficulties connecting, please try https://www.cesvotes.com/epi2026
3. Civica's servers being temporarily unavailable. Please try again in a few hours.
