Elections
At the 102nd Council meeting, scheduled for 11-12 May 2026, there will be the following elections:
- European Patent Practice Committee
- Litigation Committee
- Professional Conduct Committee
- Professional Education Committee
- Auditor
- Board (candidates need to be member of the newly elected Council)
- By-elections to fill vacancies in the following Committees:
- European Patent Practice Committee
- Litigation Committee
- Professional Conduct Committee
- Professional Education Committee
- Disciplinary Committee (DC)
epi member can declare willingness to be a candidate for the election to a committee or body by submitting the completed nomination form, which can be found by clicking on the respective committee/body’s name in the navigation bar on the left.
Please note that any epi member wishing to stand for election to a committee/body is responsible for checking if they fulfil the requirements for standing for election, including checking the Terms of Reference of the relevant committee.
