Committee Elections

Council members are invited to vote for the new members of the committees. The 2026 Committee Elections are administered by eVoting on behalf of epi.

Votes in the election must be casted online. All Council members will receive an email from eVoting with a personal voting link and further information. Voting is possible from 29 July 2026 at 9.00 CEST and will close on 12 August 2026 at 23:59:59 CEST.

Deadlines for the Committee elections 2026:

Nomination phase, all epi members may nominate themselves.

13 May 2026 - Opening of the Nomination process
10 June 2026 - Closing of the Nomination process
24 June 2026 - Publication of final list of candidates for election

Election phase, all Council members are entitled to vote (online voting).

Latest 8 July 2026 - Indication of preferred candidate (individuals or constituencies can indicate a candidate they prefer)
29 July 2026 - Start of online voting
12 August 2026 - Closure of voting
9 September 2026 - Publication of results

Objections

16 September 2026 - Deadline for objections

Validation at autumn Council meeting

21 November 2026 – At C103 validation of the results of the election
