2.Board election 2026
The Board shall comprise at least the President, two Vice-Presidents, the Secretary General, the Treasurer, a deputy for the Secretary General and a deputy for the Treasurer.
Task of the Board:
The Board ensures the effective management and coordination of the Institute's activities. Outlined below some of the Board tasks:
Agenda Preparation:
Drafting the provisional agenda for Council and General Meetings
Information Sharing:
Keeping the Council informed about internal and external activities
Institute Promotion:
Taking necessary measures to promote the Institute's objectives
Task Groups and Committees:
Setting up task groups for urgent matters, instructing committees, and requesting reports
Exceptional Actions:
Reporting urgent actions taken in areas reserved for the Council and seeking approval or disapproval
Annual Reports and Accounts:
Preparing drafts for the annual report and accounts Delegation: Appointing delegates from Institute members and defining their rights, duties, and duration
